BIRKMAIER buildings are customized to your production requirements to ensure optimum material flow and sequence of operation. BIRKMAIER buildings are designed exclusively by means of CAD systems. Together with your local architect we will select the most suitable and most economical way of constructing your new factory in modern design and economic in investment.

Supervision

We are there to support your local architect - right from the commencement of construction. Last but not least, we ensure that your factory is of attractive appearance. Upon request we can offer the help and/or supervision of a German architect and a German constructing company.

Final Inspection

Building activities are terminated by the final inspection of the newly erected building - designed and constructed in accordance with your special requirements and local conditions. After the building is ready, an official ceremony will take place. Various politicians and investors will join you on this day.
