Assembly and Start-Up

Our experienced mechanics and technicians are responsible for assembling and starting up the machinery - even under difficult conditions. During this period, your personnel is instructed on how to operate and regularly maintain the machines. First training sessions can be held at our main office in Germany.

Training

Experienced production managers and specialized technicians are responsible for training your personnel on-site. In addition to such on-site training, we offer theoretical training for your production managers and foremen. BIRKMAIER training courses for production managers and technicians impart the knowledge required to run the newly erected factory. On-the-job training of your staff in your factory is possible as well. Due to the hard competition, however, it is almost impossible to train your personnel in other medical production facilities.

Turning Over the Factory

Official start-up takes place as soon as the training of your personnel is completed. The ready to operate factory is turned over to you in an official ceremony, during which one of the directors of BIRKMAIER personally hands over the company keys to you.
